- 5 oz lean sirloin steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1/2 cup jasmine or brown rice (dry)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp low-sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onion for garnish
Instructions

- 1Cook rice according to package directions.
- 2Whisk tamari, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 3Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- 4Add beef in a single layer; sear 60-90 seconds per side until just browned. Remove to a plate.
- 5In the same pan, add ginger and garlic; stir 20 seconds until fragrant.
- 6Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- 7Return beef to the pan, pour in sauce, and toss 1 minute to coat.
- 8Serve over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.
