Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 25g)
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional: drizzle of honey

Instructions

  1. 1Bring almond milk to a low simmer in a small saucepan.
  2. 2Stir in oats and cinnamon, cook 4-5 minutes until creamy.
  3. 3Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute, then stir in the protein powder until smooth.
  4. 4Transfer to a bowl, top with sliced banana, almond butter, and flaxseed.
  5. 5Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.
