- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 25g)
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Optional: drizzle of honey
Instructions

- 1Bring almond milk to a low simmer in a small saucepan.
- 2Stir in oats and cinnamon, cook 4-5 minutes until creamy.
- 3Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute, then stir in the protein powder until smooth.
- 4Transfer to a bowl, top with sliced banana, almond butter, and flaxseed.
- 5Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.
