Day 1 — Gentle Reset

Breakfast: warm steel-cut oats with cinnamon, ground flax, blueberries and a spoon of almond butter. Lunch: a big bowl of roasted carrot & ginger soup with sourdough toast and a side green salad. Dinner: baked salmon with lemon, garlic-sautéed kale, and a small portion of wild rice. Snack: apple slices with raw almonds. Drink room-temperature water with lemon throughout the day to ease the system in.

Day 2 — Nourish & Build

Breakfast: two pasture eggs scrambled with spinach, tomatoes and avocado on a slice of sprouted-grain toast. Breakfast: a green smoothie with spinach, frozen banana, plant or whey protein, chia and unsweetened almond milk. Lunch: chickpea and roasted vegetable bowl with tahini-lemon dressing. Dinner: pan-seared chicken thighs with rosemary, roasted sweet potato wedges and a generous arugula salad. Snack: plain Greek yogurt with berries and pumpkin seeds — or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.

Daily rhythm that ties it all together

Drink half your body-weight in ounces of water. Eat within an hour of waking and stop eating ~3 hours before bed. Walk 10 minutes after at least one meal. Sleep before 11 pm. The food is half the magic — the rhythm is the other half.
